Level 3 - Ashtanga Intermediate Series

This is a led class introducing the Intermediate postures of Ashtanga Yoga. Variations will be offered for the more difficult poses, and this sequence is taught that can be enjoyed by most practitioners who have some proficiency with Primary series. (being able to do every pose of Primary before starting Intermediate series is not requiresd in our studio) Students who have become comfortable in our Level 2 classes will enjoy participating in this class as it gives variety and fresh material to work with. The intermediate postures often help students to progress in the areas they find most difficult in Primary Series.
