Vinyasa Flow

This is a mixed level Vinyasa class for anyone practicing in either Levels 1 or 2. Although the sequences may vary with this class, the breathing, bandhas and focused rhythm of the class are the same Ashtanga approach we know and love! This class generally follows the outline of primary series, beginning with Suryanamaskar, then standing, sitting, and finishing postures all linked together with breath. Depending on the group, sequences of postures are given to create a fun, energizing, balanced, safe yoga experience. We always take good care of beginners! The class's sequences will offer modifications or challenges to suit everyone in the class.
