Pralaya Yoga Part I:  Hips and Legs

Robert will lead you through 3 hours of practice and discussion with a particular focus on
opening the hips and accessing greater strength in the legs.  He will also teach twists and non-
compressive backbends as a form of spinal alignment, a foundational element of the PralayaYoga system.
This session is open to all levels of practitioner as Robert offers beginner through advanced
variations of all poses.

Efficient Methods for Building Static Strength and Flexibility
Pralaya Yoga Part 2: Arms

Did you know that strengthening your arms can help you release neck tension and tightness in
the chest? Robert will focus on strength training and proper alignment in arm balances. Expect
to find a rewarding challenge in this morning practice. Like all of Robert’s classes, methodology
will be explained during each pose so the student understands underlying physiology.
This session is open to all levels of practitioner as Robert offers beginner through advanced
variations of all poses.
