Over the years, yoga has taught me how to listen to my bodies subtle whispers and to connect to my breath. It has helped my physical strength and flexibility, but most important to me is the stillness this practice brings to my mind. I believe most people would enjoy some aspect of yoga, and I’d love to help you find what’s right for you. I was taught this practice with compassion, and that's how I aim to teach.

I am a 500 hour certified yoga instructor, having completed Andrew Eppler’s 200 & 300 hour teacher trainings. I am a native to Lima, Peru, a place I hold dear. I have resided in Oklahoma for over 25 years, choosing it as my home. I am fluent in Spanish, and feel comfortable instructing in either language. I strive to teach from the heart, with clear instructions and hands-on precise gentle adjustments. Besides yoga, I enjoy organic gardening with an emphasis in native plants and herbs, long-distance hiking, and being with my family (3 rescue beagles included).
