Mysore Yoga Traditions Retreat and Conference
IN THE WAKE OF THE GROUNDBREAKING FILM MYSORE YOGA TRADITIONS, SOME OF THE FOREMOST SANSKRIT SCHOLARS IN MYSORE HAVE AGREED TO COLLABORATE TO CREATE A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY FOR THE INTERNATIONAL YOGA COMMUNITY!
THIS IS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY
In today's yoga world many foreign yoga practitioners would like to feel connected with an ancient tradition through Yoga. We believe that learning the philosophy of yoga directly from the elders of Mysore can help us come closer to this tradition.
The Yoga of Mysore has been debated about for decades. What is traditional? What isn't?
How can we participate in this tradition or Parampara.
The compassion, sincerity, academic brilliance, and deep reverence for yoga and all spiritual practice among the scholars of Mysore will leave you stunned. It is truly inspiring and eye opening!
This conference will give an in depth view of the History and Philosophy of the yoga we practice world wide.
