Mila Rybakova-Eppler



Mila has a passion for movement and fitness and has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. Mila’s yoga journey began in Ukraine and and has been influenced by Ayurveda, Women’s Yoga Practices, ancient Slavic healing techniques and Yoga Philosophy. Mila has led international yoga retreats in a number of countries including Madagascar, Tunisia, Egypt, Greece, India and the United States.

“My mission as a social activist is to help people develop a connection with their own body and their own nature. I believe yoga can help create a happier, more fulfilling life in family and society, regardless of social, cultural and religious differences.

I do my best to create successful and safe Yoga experience for my students. I encourage each student to practice with love and respect for their body, and to be patient and attentive as we enjoy each practice together.
